COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP

Fallen Hero,
Officer Jon Cutchie
In honor of LBPD Fallen Hero, Motor Officer Jon Coutchie, the Laguna Beach Police and Community Foundation has awarded six Laguna Beach High School students with $1,500 each in scholarship funds to be used toward their college tuition in support of a career in criminal justice.
The applications are screened by LBPD personnel and Officer Coutchie’s family and friends to identify one candidate each year that best represents the values that police officers live by each day.
